The first port-of-call for thematic philately in Scotland

We are now on holiday until the new season starting in October 2026.

The Glasgow Thematic Society is a not-for-profit membership organisation for anyone interested in collecting stamps and other philatelic materials on a thematic basis.

We are always open to anyone who wants to come along and 'try out' a meeting with society members - no fee involved. We like to make our hobby fun as well as educational and tea and biscuits help oil the wheels of friendship. Give us a try !

Next Meeting: Monday 5th October 2026 at new time of 1.30pm

The members of the society voted to alter the time of meetings from evening to afternoons. Meetings will now be held on the first Monday of the month between 1.30pm and 3.30pm
